Teen Suing Lyft After the Driver Allegedly Masturbated

A 14-year-old girl, with the help of her guardians, is suing Lyft for being “negligent in its hiring process.” The incident occurred almost a year ago when the girl took a 13-minute Lyft ride from Bayside to Flushing. The teen is suing Lyft after the driver allegedly masturbated during that ride.
