After the Browns’ loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, the Cleveland team finished their season 1-15, granting them the number one pick of the 2017 draft.
The top five picks begin with the Browns, followed by the 49ers, Bears, Jaguars, and then the Titans.
The 12th pick came from the Eagles pick trade last year that gave Carson Wentz to Philadelphia.
The 12th pick will give the Browns some leeway if they choose to trade their number one pick for more picks later on in the draft.
