If you are one of the millions of people who either binge-watch ‘Friends’ on Netflix or religiously watch reruns of it on TV, you may be in luck.

Jennifer Aniston, who played the role of Rachel Green on the sitcom, has revealed her desire to reboot the show.

“Before that show ended, people were asking if we were coming back. Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] and I talk about it,” said Aniston. “I fantasize about it. It really was the greatest job I ever had. I don’t know what it would look like today, but you never know. So many shows are being successfully rebooted.”

Aniston also stated that her role in the sitcom was the greatest job she had ever had. She then added that she isn’t exactly sure what a reboot might look like, but that many other shows have experienced success in their own reboots.

However, there is one roadblock to getting “the gang” back together: Matt LeBlanc.

LeBlanc portrayed beloved character Joey Tribbiani, an Italian-American actor who often struggled to make ends meet. Despite the success of ‘Friends,’ LeBlanc seems to have moved on from the show that put him on the map.

“I know Matt LeBlanc doesn’t want to be asked that question anymore. But maybe we could talk him into it,” Aniston said.

She did joke about the possibility of a reunion with just the ladies.

Aniston stated:

“Or we just give it some time and then Lisa, Courteney, and I could reboot ‘The Golden Girls’ and spend our last years together on wicker furniture.”

There is no denying that many fans would be eager to see the group reunite, but the reality is that a reboot could just be a pipedream.
