Joe Francis, film producer, entrepreneur, and founder of the highly controversial “Girls Gone Wild” collection, is a fugitive.

The 42 year old who now resides in Mexico, “coincidentally” out of the jurisdiction of the United States, has a warrant out for his arrest, issued by U.S. District judge, Fernando M. Olguin, last tuesday May 19th, on the grounds that Francis failed to relinquish his two cars in an impending bankruptcy case, according to the Wall Street Journal.

One of the cars, a 2007 Cadillac Escalade, the other a 2012 Bentley Flying Spur, are estimated at over $200,000 collectively, and were ordered by the judge to be given to the lawyers that helped Francis mitigate his gambling debts, which he owed to Steve Wynn.

When Francis was asked about the location of the cars and why they couldn’t be returned, he replied with something along the lines of giving them to a strip club owner in Mexico.
