Since the dawn of evolution, many people have taken advantage of technology. The world has revolutionized and the tech industry is bringing in new wonders every day. Of all the richest and wealthiest people, tech gurus are the wealthiest ones. They have spent their money on purchasing lands and fabulous homes and here are the real estate and homes of the tech people. 

Jeff Bezos

Jeff Bezos is the richest man on the Earth and has been the CEO of the world’s famous e-commerce store called Amazon since 1996. He has made $160 Billion. According to the Land Report magazine, Bezos is the 25th largest landowner in the United States.

He owns the largest house in Washington D.C, a former Museum, and Two mansions in Beverly Hills worth around $25 billion. He also has multiple houses on over 10 acres of land in Lake Washington in Medina, Washington. Apart from all the houses, he owns a penthouse at 212 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron. He now lives in Seattle with his wife and children. 

Bill Gates

The 2nd richest person in the world, Bill Gates is the tech genius and one of the most recognizable faces on the planet. He also has a unique house. Gates lives at his 66,000-square-foot mansion in Medina, Washington, and it took seven years and $63 million to build it. It is now worth an estimated $123 million.

Bill Gates purchased the 228-acre Rancho Paseana for $18 million in October 2014. This place includes a racetrack, guesthouse, veterinarian’s suite, office, orchard, and barns. Gates has made several real estate investments through Cascade.

He owns nearly half of the Four Seasons Holding’s hotel chain, sharing 95% ownership with the Prince of Saudi Arabia. His amazing houses and properties are included in the homes of the tech people in the world. In 2009, Gates purchased a Wyoming ranch that belonged to Buffalo Bill Cody for about $8.9 million. He also owns $100 million property on Kauai Island in Hawaii. 

Mark Zuckerberg – Real Estate and Homes

Mark Zuckerberg lives in a 5,000-square-foot house in Palo Alto with his wife. That house is not the only property that he owns. The founder of Facebook purchased it in May 2011 for $7 million. Compared to the tech houses of other billionaires, it is quite a modest house, with five-bedroom, five-bathrooms. It also has a big backyard, a wide pool with an amazing landscape.

He bought neighboring four homes to expand his place. He also owns a 5,500 -square-foot townhouse in San Francisco. In 2014, Zuckerberg’s real-estate portfolio expanded to the Pacific with a $100 million splurge on two properties on Kauai Island in Hawaii.

Elon Musk

Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX, has built himself a fortune of $39.3 billion. He owns houses worth over $100 million, mostly in the area surrounding Los Angeles. In 2012, he bought his first piece of Bel Air real estate.

He purchased a mansion for $17 million which is now worth $30 million. It has 20,248 square feet of space, consisting of seven bedrooms and a two-story library. It has a backyard, a pool, and a tennis court. In 2013, he bought two more houses on the same street, one worth $6.75 million. All of his houses are close to each other. 

Larry Ellison

Larry Ellison is the founder of Oracle. According to Forbes, he is the tenth-richest person in the World with a net worth of more than $60 billion. His houses are included in the homes of the tech people in the world. This largest purchase is the Hawaiian Island of Lanai. He owns a 10,000 square foot mansion. He also owned a 23-acre estate in Woodside, California, and spent $200 million on renovating it and purchased it for $12 million in 1995.

In 2015, Ellison bought the Epiphany Hotel for $71.6 million in Palo Alto. He owns a lot of properties in Malibu, California, and has estimated to spend over $200 million on them. Apart from houses and hotels, he bought the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for his impeccable love for Tennis. He also owns a private golf club in Rancho Mirage which is bought for $42.9 million.
