Marc Jacobs recently announced that as of August 10, Iana dos Reis Nunes will succeed Billy Daley, former head of global communication, who resigned from the company last week.

One of many impressive notes on Nunes’ resume includes working with an exquisite array of department stores and designers such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and currently Coach, where she serves as Vice President of relations, a status she has maintained since November of 2013.

Marc Jacob’s chief executive officer, Sebastian Suhl, as well as Nunes and Daley, all refused to comment on the shift in corporate governance and structure as the company plans on expanding its PR and marketing staff, along with making price ranges more extensive so that customers have a broader scope of classical and luxurious selections all the way through contemporary.
