Katherine Heigl has made her way from TV primetime to Hollywood starlight. From “Grey’s Anatomy” to her notable hits like “Life As We Know it” and “The Ugly Truth”. Accusations started by Shonda Rhimes, creator of Grey’s claimed Heigl’s demeanor portrays rudeness.
In reference to her new Scandal cast members, via Time, Rhimes states, “There are no Heigls in this situation. I don’t put up with bullshit or nasty people. I don’t have time for it.”
Heigl has spoken up about these accusations during a Facebook Q&A and according to E! News, “I don’t think I am… nothing makes me more uncomfortable than confrontation or hurting someone’s feelings and I would never, ever, actively do so on purpose,” she explained. “Of course just like any human being I’ve made mistakes and unwittingly or carelessly spoken or acted but I always try to make any wrong right.”
She goes on to state how she hates confrontations but will stand up for herself if need be. Heigl left Grey’s Anatomy, after asking to be released from her contract in order to pursue a movie career. Perhaps tensions are still high between the two ex co-workers?
