Murray’s night-time drama ends on a Wimbledon cliff-hanger

Andy Murray showed his guts and grit in a thrilling match against Stefanos Tsitsipas at Wimbledon. The match was halted due to time constraints, with Murray leading 6-7(3) 7-6(2) 6-4. The contest was closely fought, with both players giving their all on Centre Court. Murray, once a divisive figure, is now considered a National Treasure after his historic victory in 2013. Despite Tsitsipas’ youth and Murray’s metal hip, it was the Scot who appeared more comfortable on the court. The first set was incredibly close, with just two points separating the players. Tsitsipas ultimately won the set in a tiebreak. However, Murray fought back in the second set, leveling the match with a roar of triumph. In the third set, Murray broke Tsitsipas’ serve for the first time, taking an early lead. The match was suspended until Friday, providing a much-needed break for Murray, who had just suffered a painful fall. The crowd showed their appreciation as the night ended on a cliff-hanger.
