The most loyal person in your life deserves to be pampered this Christmas. He never left your side when you were sick with mono for a month; he showers you with kisses as soon as you step inside your apartment; and he never misses an opportunity to snuggle up next to you on the couch. No, it’s not your significant other; it’s your perfect pup. No matter what your little one is doing, he does it with love and good intentions, so spoil him this holiday season because he deserves it.
1) Buy him some new clothes
Every puppy deserves a few garments of his/her own. Buy him a little Santa costume, or a nice cozy sweater. Tory Burch just happens to have the cutest puppy sweaters (complete with Tory’s signature buttons).
2) Give him a nice big bone
Every dog loves to chew on a good bone. So this holiday season, pick out the biggest bone you can find and let him get to town.
3) Give him human food
No matter how hard he stares at you while you eat that ham sandwich, you usually never give in. This time however, strictly because it’s the holiday season, break off a little piece of lettuce and let him have it. He’ll lap it up no matter what you give him (just remember, no chocolate or turkey).
4) Set out his stocking
Give him something to do on Christmas morning while everyone else is opening presents. Fill his stocking with bones and treats, he’ll be the happiest pup in the city come Christmas morning.
5) Spend extra time with him
Nothing is better than snuggling up with your pooch, and Christmas vacation means extra free time. Use this down time to take him for a long walk, or give him a nice belly rub. He deserves it.
