Republican Lindsey Graham has been in the Senate office since 2003. As of now, he has decided to run for the House. In an interview Graham said,
“I am running because of what you see on television. I am running because the world is falling apart.”
On a lighter note he said, “I’m thinking about running for president. You get a house and a car and a plane. It’s a pretty good gig.” The senator who claims to have never sent an email has shown a lot of candor when it comes to voicing his opinion. Graham also said “If I’m president and you decide to help terrorists, I will make sure you are killed or captured.”
As a candidate he has proved to be quite open about his views. The senator who has never been married nor had children makes his views on political issues very obvious. When it comes to answering interviewers or even addressing an audience, he is known to have voiced his opinion openly.
But however entertaining his interviews may be to watch, what matters most is if he is a good candidate or not. Only time will tell if the people of the United States are in favor of Graham or not and if he truly will be a befitting president.
