The Evolution of Marijuana Technology

The marijuana technology is evolving at quite a rapid pace, not only in the United States but also in the whole world. After its legalization, back in 1996, the industry has boomed the economy as many small and big businesses have flourished due to it.

The use of marijuana plant dates back to thousands of years ago. The first recorded use was in 500 B.C. In Asia. People used it for treating different diseases, like nausea, vomiting, depression, and malaria. People also used it for suppressing sexual desires.

In the 1600s, farmers in the U.S. Started growing marijuana plants. However, the Marijuana act 1937 banned the use of marijuana and it wasn’t until 1996 that the ban on medical marijuana was lifted. In 2012, the government legalized marijuana use for recreational purposes. Presently, marijuana is legal in more than 30 states in the U.S.

In the past, people used marijuana by heating the plant on hot stones to create vapors. The consumer gathered around the stone and inhaled the vapors. Today, due to the legalization of marijuana throughout the world, the consumption patterns of marijuana have evolved. Many popular companies are evolving marijuana technology to increase their consumers.

One of the most popular ways to intake marijuana is vaping. The different Vape types include advanced vaporizers and e-cigarettes. In these vapes, cannabinoid oil is inserted with different levels of THC.

A report published by the BDS Analytics and ArcView Market Research projects showed that around 60% of Vape intake were through advanced vaporizers. In some states, this number was above 80%. This clearly shows that the Vape method is the most widely used methods to consume marijuana.

Originally, the marijuana producers introduced the vaping method, as an alternative to e-cigarettes. When the demand for marijuana increased, they started inserting marijuana extracts in the vapes. The marijuana producers introduced different vapes, like plastics and glasses.

However, the latest vapes use CCELL ceramic marijuana technology. These vapes easily withstand the heat. The great thing is that they are available in a variety of different flavors in the market. They also burn the cannabis oil slowly and steadily, due to which the marijuana tastes even better. As the vape devices slowly heat the liquid, they go a long way as compared e-cigarettes. This makes them quite cost-effective.

Another great feature in these vapes is the battery in the vapes. If the voltage of the vapes is high, the liquid will burn quickly. However, a low voltage generally means slow burning and better flavor.

An advanced vaporizer, which is set to launch this summer is the Wisp vaporizer. This marijuana technology takes vaping to another level. This device enhances the consistency and simplifies the dosage of marijuana.

One of the major problems with traditional vaporizers is that there are too many adaptors and controls. However, Wisp vaporizer is more like a kitchen appliance. It has only one control button, with a big cup for vaporization.

Greg James, a Senior VP of Sales at CannaKorp, says, “These latest vape technologies will give you the true effect of flavor and potency. There is also no drug paraphernalia experience or feeling related to it.”

The marijuana industry has also introduced cannabis apps. You can download them from the app store. Now any person can get access to the nearest marijuana dispensaries and marijuana friendly doctors. Social media and online markets have also become a big hub for marijuana users.

The marijuana industry has spread so much that no one can stop its usage. The Jinnie is out of the bottle now. Let’s hope that both its producers and consumers use it for constructive purposes.
