James Bond is gradually becoming some kind of a legend, and this, of course, is somewhat caused by the incredible gadgets helping 007 reach his goals. For more than 50 years, different versions of James Bond have been saving the world from certain downfall while seducing beautiful women.
During the evolution of technology through the years, James Bond’s gadgets have been toned down in recent years. 007’s equipment has turned down the wow-factor in favor of minimalism, usefulness and technology.
In the two most recent Bond movies, Skyfall and the brand new Spectre, the gadget universe has more or less been eliminated in favor of the new, young edition of “Q”, who helps Bond to cut the mustard via incredible skills behind the laptop.
From the clever, secret gadgets hidden in 007’s iconic Omega Seamaster watch seen in plenty of the Bond movies and his gun “Walter PPK” featuring a fingerprint sensor in Spectre, to the more tacky X-Ray Glasses seen in The World is Not Enough, and his invisible car from Die Another Day, here are all the gadgets ever used in the legendary James Bond movies.
