Zayn, we’re all a little confused.
The former One Direction star tweeted some not-so-nice comments at what was thought to be his new best pal and music producer, Naughty Boy.
Malik tweeted,

Soon after he tweeted again,

Since his diss aimed at Naughty Boy, Malik has regained over 100,000 Twitter followers. Following his departure from One Direction, the singer lost a fair amount of his following, so this Twitter gain shows how many of his formally angry fans approve of his new behavior.
While this may in fact be a hacker posting on Malik’s account, the evidence proves otherwise. The tweets have been posted for hours at this point, and Malik’s sister Waliyha publicly approved of them, retweeting her big brother and also tweeting,
“Slay 1:0 @zaynmalik.”

None of Zayn’s former bandmates have acknowledged his acts. However, more specifically, it will be interesting to see if Louis Tomlinson will comment on the situation. Tomlinson is a seasoned pro when it comes to Twitter drama. Just a few months ago, he got into it with Naughty Boy after the producer antagonized Directioners with a strange video “shipping” himself and Zayn.
Naughty Boy has not yet retaliated against Zayn Malik.
