Gunmen abducted more than 300 schoolgirls from a boarding school in Nigeria in the wee hours on Friday, even with a strong military presence around the school. It happened in some far estate out of north-western Nigeria in Jangebe, Zamfara State. In a tragic incident in the ‘Cabarceno Natural Park’ in North-East Spain, one of the female elephants hit a Zookeeper with her trunk, which led to his death. The workers renovating the ‘Cerveceria Giralda Bar’ in Seville, a southern city of Spain, surprisingly uncovered a perfectly preserved 12th century ‘Hamam’, or Turkish Bathhouse. The discovery came into light as they began the repair work. After a few hammers blow into the roof of the tapas bar, the owners witnessed a star-shaped skylight. Chinese Man to Pay wife for housework in Court’s Landmark Ruling

A China court has set a landmark precedent for women with compensation for unpaid housework and child care responsibilities. A Beijing court has ordered the husband to pay his wife 50,000 Yuan, i.e., equivalent of $7,700 for five years of housework and other responsibilities.
