On Wednesday, police in Ithaca, New York, arrested a Cornell University student for reportedly stealing a car and engaging in reckless driving.
The suspect, 23-year-old John Smith, allegedly stole a vehicle from a residential area near Cornell University’s campus on Tuesday night. Police then received reports of the car being driven in a reckless manner, prompting an investigation.
