The brand Balmain and retail store H&M announced their team up at the 2015 Billboard Music Award. The new line will be available worldwide for a limited time only starting November 5.
Hennes and Mauritz from H&M and creative director, Oliver Rousteing for Balmain are collaborating a new capsule collection for the retail store.
Capsule collections at H&M have been collaborated with many designers like Alexander Wang, Karl Lagerfeld, Lanvin, Stella McCartney and many more.
When Rousteing walked the red carpet Sunday, May 17 for the Billboard Music Awards he dropped the big bomb of his collaboration and gave a sneak peek to what it may look like.
He accompanied models, Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner who wore pieces that will be in the Balmain for H&M collection.
Dunn sported a blue studded long sleeve top and a red silk wrap miniskirt while Jenner wore an oversized jacket with white embellishments.

H&M creative advisor, Sofie Johansson announced to WWD:
“We are excited to have Balmain as our guest designer at H&M and create a truly involving experience for everybody. With its mix of couture spirit and streetwear attitude, Balmain owns a unique style, at once opulent and direct, sensual and energetic. It is also closely linked to the show business and music worlds, which adds another element of surprise.”
The collection will also have its own hashtag in Rousteing’s hope of starting a global movement: #HMBalmaination.
“I want to talk to my generation: this is my main aim as a designer. H&M allows me the unique possibility of bringing everyone into the world of Balmain, get a piece of the dream and create a global #HMBalmaination: a movement of togetherness, fueled on a hashtag. The collaboration felt extremely natural to me: H&M is a brand that everybody connects to. It calls for unity, and I am all for it,” Rousteing told WWD.
The collection will be available online and at 250 H&M stores worldwide including accessories and apparel for both women and men for their winter collection on November 5.
