Man Utd’s injured Wan-Bissaka out for ‘several weeks’

Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka is facing a period on the sidelines after sustaining an injury during their 3-1 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion at home over the weekend, according to the Premier League club. The extent of the injury is still being evaluated, but Wan-Bissaka has been ruled out for “several weeks.” However, a report in The Athletic suggests that the England international could be out of action for two months due to a hamstring injury. This injury adds to Manchester United’s growing list of sidelined players, including Mason Mount, Luke Shaw, and Raphael Varane. Despite these setbacks, United is set to face Bayern Munich in their opening Champions League Group A game on Wednesday, followed by a Premier League clash against Burnley on Saturday.
