With the tragic, some may say full circle, way that FX’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’ ended fans have to grieve the loss of the entire series, which was revolve around a biker gang with a strong sense of family. Not only are fans left with questions about the finale, but they are now wondering what will they watch now? This got us asking ourselves, what shows would we hate to see end? With help from tvguide.com, we have a list of TV shows that we would hate to see go.
1. Scandal
What would the world be without its number one fixer? If ‘Scandal’ were to go, we would have a void that needs to be filled by empty political scandals, love triangles and intrigue.
2. The Blacklist
Although only in its second season, ‘Blacklist’ has proven to be an intricate story behind the relationship between a masterful criminal and a newbie FBI agent. Fans everywhere are obsessed with Lizzy and Reddington’s connection to each other. But we definitely do not need the answer yet!
3. Game of Thrones
Where would ‘Game of Thrones’ fans be without their mystical and fantastical escape from reality into a world of wonder? It is difficult to believe this particular show could ever be over because of its own subculture of fans that embody the characters at conventions or on a regular basis.
4. Pretty Little Liars
PLL has pulled us into a crazy web of lies, love, and murder—all at the hands of teenage girls! The show itself has created its own identity by straying away from the plot of the books series it is based off of. Although the plot has gotten pretty twisted, the fan base for this show keeps it among the highly watched each week.
5. Supernatural
They wanted to cancel it before, but fans brought it back! ‘Supernatural’ has created a cult of fans who refuse to let the show go. So if it ever gets canceled, we know there will be a small uproar to keep the beloved ‘Supernatural’ fighting brothers on air.
6. Greys Anatomy
This show has broken down barriers in terms of interracial relationships of all kinds. Without it, not only will we miss the ups and downs of Dr. Greys’ personal life, but we will miss the bold risks that creator, Shonda Rhimes has taken over the years.
7. Once Upon a Time
If ‘Once Upon a Time’ ends, we will no longer have a place to run to for hope and redemption. Although the storylines seem to be drowned in love and goodness—it is supposed to be. Without it, the show would not have been as successful. If you are going to put all of the fairytales in one place, there has to be a happy ending somewhere.
8. American Horror Story
Yes this show is scary and freaky, but it satisfies those who are fans of gore and horror. Because each season has displayed different themes that have scared Americans across different time periods, the show ventures into being a bit historical.
9. NCIS & 10. Law and Order: SVU
These shows are what we watch weekly as well as on re-run. Because the plots of both shows are centered on crimes more than the characters, we do not have to watch these shows from episode one in order to love them!
