Verstappen expressed his hope to maintain this momentum for a long time and acknowledged the difficulty of achieving 12 consecutive wins, even with the fastest car. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and the challenges of avoiding mistakes or having an off weekend. Verstappen has consistently performed well, finishing off the podium only twice in his last 23 races. Red Bull’s 12 consecutive wins surpassed McLaren’s previous record of 11 wins in 1988. Team boss Christian Horner praised the team’s hard work and dedication in achieving this milestone.
